Payment shows as processing
Send us your registration number and payment reference. We verify the transaction and confirm your entry, usually within one working day.
Receipt or registration number
Receipts can be downloaded from the success page after your payment is confirmed. If you lost it, write to us with your name and phone number.
Content correction
Spotted an out-of-date fact on a state or district page? Tell us the page and the correct information with a source, and we'll review it.
What to include
For faster help, include your full name, registration number (e.g. KYI2026000XX), payment reference (e.g. PMT-…), the amount paid and the date of payment.
