Refund & Cancellation Policy

The competition entry fee is ₹50 per participant. The fee covers evaluation and administration of the entry and is charged once per registration.

Entry fees are generally non-refundable once a registration is confirmed, because processing begins immediately.

We will refund in full where:

• you were charged more than once for the same registration;
• money was debited but no registration was created;
• the competition is cancelled by Novamax Studios.

If money is debited but your registration still shows as processing, contact us with your payment reference. Bank-side failed transactions are normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days.

Write to us through the Contact & Support page with your registration number, payment reference, amount and date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
