KOIndia is provided for educational and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.

State, district and leadership information is compiled from public sources and, in some places, generated or summarised by AI. While we work to keep it current, content may contain errors or be out of date. Verify important details with official government sources before relying on them.

The KOIndia name, design, maps, code and original content are owned by Novamax Studios. You may share and cite content for personal or classroom use with attribution; commercial reuse requires written permission.

By submitting an entry to the Painting Competition you confirm the artwork is your own original work. You retain ownership of your artwork and grant Novamax Studios a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with the competition and its results.

Judging decisions are final. Entries that are plagiarised, offensive, or submitted after the deadline may be disqualified without refund.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time, including for maintenance.

To the extent permitted by law, Novamax Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of KOIndia or reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
